Print, Meeting the Loop Line and Changing Passengers, by Dean and Son, about 1848. Circular coloured lithograph depicting two trains halted at a railway junction, with a platform between them. They are heading in opposite directions and some of the passengers are on the platform, changing trains. At the rear of one of the trains are passengers seated in open carriages. In the background is an overbridge, with spectators, and beneath are two small stone buildings next to the railway line. The print has been trimmed, and just visible at the bottom edge are the words "Tintorette printing by Dean & Son, Threadneedle Street, London."
