Whole rigged model, scale 1:48, of the first-class protected steam cruiser the HMS 'Diadem' (1896-1898), by the Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Company, Glasgow, Scottish, 1896-1907 in glazed case on table (see Note). The actual ship had an arched protective deck which extended from bow to stern, just below the waterline.
