Illuminated address presented to Mr J F Costello on his retirement on 31 May 1908 after sixty-one years service in the Electric Telegraph Department of the South Easter Railway and South Eastern & Chatham railway. Designed and illustrated by H & AV Osborne, Tonbridge. 1908. Removed from frame with staining, damage and loss to edges.
