Notice. Newcastle and Carlisle Railway. Great Rowing Match on the River Tyne beween Clasper of Newcastle and Newell of London, 22 June 1846. Passengers will be conveyed from Carlisle and all the stations to Newcastle and back for one fare.....Special Trains will start from the Newcastle and Redheugh Stations and proceed with the boats on each side of the river to Scotswood Bridge Black text on yellow background. Printed at the Courant Office, Newcastle. Stuck to card.
