(To anyone giving information which will lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders who.....on the evening of 19 December 1888 did wilfully and maliciously place a piece of timber, about 4 feet long by 1 foot thick, known as a stop block, on the Up Line between Ashstead and Epson Town Stations, thereby seriously endangering the safety of the traffic).
