A replica wicker picnic basket (made in 1997) to fit between the two seats of the Panhard Levassor 4 h.p. motor car, 1895. Replica basket was made by P H Coate & Son, Somerset for the grandchildren of Evelyn Ellis to present to the Museum. It did not fit. The last available information states that the basket (donated by the RAC) was with manufacturer as of 20.11.1998.
