Overhead are a gantry and catenary wires set against a blue sky with white and grey clouds. A permanent way gang watch from the lineside. Signed by the artist at bottom left. Framed. Original artwork for British Railways (London Midland Region) poster publicising the electrification of the West Coast Main Line.
