Flanged bronze celt with stop-ridge, Hungary, DATE. A celt is a stone or metal prehistoric implement with a chisel edge. Both of these examples are Hungarian, and one of them has a stop-ridge. The axe head is Bronze Age. Its wedge-shaped blade is an example of the most common form of axe head.
