Pair of lower limb prostheses made by the Depage's system using beechwood shavings for the respective sockets. Right: above knee limb with central knee-control straps and leather ankle guard (weight: 6 lbs 6 oz, 2.9 kg). Left: below knee limb is missing the ankle guard is missing (weight: 4 lbs, 1.8 kg). Both have well carved toes. Made in Belgium c.1914.
