Wooden mechanical hand with a rigid thumb, ring and little fingers. The index and middle fingers are joined and articulated at the proximal inter-phalangeal joints. They move as one unit, by means of an internal 'pull-cord' operated from a shoulder harness. Made by Hobbs, c.1918.
