Model, scale 1:8, on mahogany stand of the original form of the ‘Rob Roy’, clinker –built, full-decked canoe with double-ended paddle, designed by the traveller, John MacGregor, unsigned, made by Searle and Sons, Lambeth, London in 1867 and builders of the original canoe. Macgregor used this type of canoe to make a journey of round 1,000 miles along the lakes and rivers of Central Europe in the summer of 1865
