Open coal ranges used at the Skinners' Company Hall in Dowgate Hill, City of London, for the large-scale spit-roasting of whole meat carcases for banquets, comprising large and small ranges with fire bars and adjustable cheeks to control the size of the fire, and a spit rack for the large range, all of cast iron, installed by Benham and Sons in 1907
