Quartz crystal shaped to form a point at one end.

A large number of unconventional ‘healing’ methods appeared in the 1990s, including healing with the aid of crystals. Crystals are believed by some to have individual resonances that promote healing. The crystals are placed on the body in specific patterns or worn as jewellery. This crystal is made from quartz, which is said to be an emotionally uplifting universal healer.
