Stained glass panel from the Gorton Works boardroom. The Gorton Works were part of the Manchester Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway. This stained glass shows the coats-of-arms of town of Widnes, which features the red rose of the house of Lancaster and beehives. The Latin phrase 'Industria Ditat' translates to 'Industry Enriches'.
