He continues 'My steam hammer shaped Engines are now all the go on marine engines for screw ships for the merchant service' ... 'It is pleasant to see the products of ones hand taking [foremost?] place as useful agents to the progress of man ... if the world reaps the benefit I don't care much about having the honor or credit']
