Also includes views of railways and life in India. Date c 1899 - 1903. /2: Red cloth covered album, 240 x 179 x 45 mm, 60pp, 76 silver gelatin, platinum and POP photographic prints. Also includes family photographs and images of unidentified colonial location. Date c 1897 - 1910. /3: Black cloth covered album, 220 x 163 x 37mm, 'Mallaig Railway, December 1898'. Albums are believed to have been owned by George MacLachlan, an engineer who worked on the construction of the line.
