An integrated nanolitre DNA analysis device
An integrated nanolitre DNA analysis device made by the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Michigan, USA, 1999. The device was developed using microfabricated fluidic channels, heaters, temperature sensors and fluoresence detectors to analyse nanolitre size DNA samples.
