Psychometric Test form board, 1930-1970

A form board. (BPS Inv. No. 0076.)
Within this form board are shapes such as squares, circles and rectangles. These must be fitted into the correct niches as part of a simple psychometric test. The test used shapes, not language. This made it appropriate for people with limited language skills such as children or immigrants. The origins of this board are uncertain. However, the handwritten label indicates it was used by the B.P.S. This suggests the British Psychological Society.
