Two double pennants (cotton): blue-yellow-red. Each pennant is intended for streaming behind an early airplane or from a balloon; comprising a doubled strip of each colour joined to form band with lead weighted wraparound and ties at blue end. Cotton, loose weave: 12x142 [155]cm, and 12x128 [145]cm.
