A Cuisenaire 'Numbers in Colour' set, a mathematical teaching aid, by 'The Cuisenaire Company Limited', Reading, England, 1964.

During the 1960s George Cuisenaire and Caleb Gattegno introduced colourful basic numeracy teaching aids into infant schools. These sets of rods, coloured according to length value, were widely used in the United Kingdom.
