Spare for Galitzin three-component galvanometric seismograph

Spares for Galitzin three-component galvanometric seismograph, 1910. This part is a round base with two brass dials on it, along side some other protruding elements, there is some form of switch on the side. In the middle there is a large metal drum with a rubber nozzle protruding out one side. Then on the top of this there is a small hole, which looks to have a glass cover. Then there is a larger tube attached with a brass top element.
