Anodized metal framed sextant, triangle-pattern, ‘Hezzanith’ model, with Bakelite handle and polished limb, by Heath and Co, London, England, 1940-1945. Consists of 130° scale (5° to 130°) with 1° divisions and drum micrometer reading to 12", four filter shades (all green) and three horizon shades (all green). Fitted telescope bracket with perpendicular adjustment and Fixed telescope (103 mm, star finder) erect image. With wooden carrying case.
