Coloured plaster casts - set of 7 Egyptian gold dust measures in bronze, c.BC1500-1400, for capacities from 1/2 to 1/128 "deben" by binary divisions. (Largest measure holds piled gold dust of 742.5 grains = 1/2 Deben. Mean scale of set of set is for Deben of 1488 grains = 10 Qedet). From originals in Petrie collection, University College, London, found in excavations in the South Town at Nubt
