Boxwood Harrow Mark Reducer slide rule by E.S.A., London.

The Harrow Mark Reducer is a slide rule that was designed in 1875 by W. D. Bushell, a teacher at Harrow School in north London. It was designed for use in the caluclation of weighted marks in school eaminations.
