A lithograph portrait of John Wilkinson half length, looking slightly to the right with his left hand resting on papers.

The print was produced by Oscar Rejlander after a painting by Harper. An inscription under the print states that "The original painting is in the possession of Wm. Baldwin Esqre. of Bilston", and it is now in the collections of Wolverhampton Art Gallery.

The card is inscribed with the eulogy from Wilkinson's monument.
