3 admission tickets to medical lectures on the theory and practice of physic (2) and midwifery (1), and 1 medical matriculation card, Harvard University, USA, for Mr Henry Blanchard. Each card 8.5x12cm or slightly smaller. Three printed in red and dated 1 November 1837, one printed in blue and dated November 1839. 1. Physic, given by Drs Jackson & Ware - Jackson inked out when card signed 1837; annotated in pencil verso, Ware succeeded Jackson in 1836. 2. Midwifery, medical jurisprudence - given by Walter Channing MD, signed for 1837. 3. Medical matriculation, signed by W Channing for Dean 1837. 4. Physic, printed in blue, given by John Ware MD, signed for November 1839
