Published Augt 11th 1853, by Ackermann & Co. 96 Strand. Lithograph; image 39.3x61cm on sheet 53.5x74cm with conservation edge. After an oil painting of 1852 by Sir Oswald Walters Brierly (1817-1894). The three-masted ship is in full steam and unfurling sail, leaving the waters of Spithead, other vessels in attendance.
