Small square phenol formaldehyde(Bakelite) clock
Small square phenol formaldehyde(Bakelite) clock, dark brown, made in France, 1930s. Art deco stepped design at sides and base. Gold outline around square face and base. Gold face with black printed characters, and raised gold time markers. Trade name " Jaz" printed on the face with right facing bird above word. Also "MADE IN FRANCE" ar base of face. Back stamped with "JAZ", "Alarm", "MODELE DEPOSE/ MADE IN FRANCE". Made by the Compagnie Industrielle de Mecanique Horlogere, Paris.
