Manuscript, signed"James Robertson" (presumably the Resident Engineer.) October's report is incomplete. Reports detail progress on possession of land, civil engineering works, track laying and buildings. The July report is illustrated with photographs of construction work which have been annotated by the engineer. Overall dimensions: 13.8583 x 9.8425 in.
