Traffolite-plated "Up/Dn Line" (behind glass). 3-position/3-indication with a rotary black bakelite-wedge commutator and dynatape-label "Down Block". Modified from an NER 'peg and chain' 1-needle instrument. Ex Monkwearmouth SB.
