Lithograph, Hetton Colliery Railway by James Duffield Harding, 1815. Shows distant view of colliery and trains in rural setting. Text:-Hetton Colliery in the County of Durham from which are raised at a depth of three hundred yards, the Hetton and Lyons Wallsend, the Lyons Main, the Old Ducks and Denmark Main Coals, with a view of the Horizontal and Inclined Planes Engines and Staithes on the Banks of the River Wear, Sunderland.
