drawing. chalk and crayon, col; no 51. 1883, Nov. 20, 3.15pm. Pale yellow at horizon, with heavy nimbus. Weather supervening. Squall began at 3.15pm lasting 20 minutes, with sleet etc. Finer next day, but showery with Wly winds. Very unsettled over all the British Isles. / John Sanford Dyason
