Bronze; each 70mm diameter, 40mm deep. piece 1: relief of facade of exhibition building. John R Whitley, organiser (WPfl list 61). piece 2: exergue HS portrait relief in uniform of of Kaiser Wilhelm II, and quote from speech at London Guildhall 10 July 1891 (WPfl list 62).
