This handheld fire extinguisher is unmarked, but the Chubb branded pressure valve is for use on BCF or powder extinguishers. It is possible the green paint designates the extinguisher as BCF since this was the usual colour designation, but Chubb often used grey for their BCF extinguishers.

This lack of markings highlights the benefit of the colour coding system introduced in 1997, making it easier to identify the correct extinguisher.
