Circular (copy) dated 20 December 1830. "A meeting of the proprietors and occupiers of lands (within the County of Northampton) affected by the intended Rail Road between Birmingham and London, will be held at the White Horse Inn, at Towcester, on Thursday, the 30th instant, at twelve o'clock, to adopt such measures in opposition to it, as may appear desirable, and which Meeting you are requested to attend."
