Mahogany case with accessories for Powell and Lealand No.1 microscope, London, England, dated 1874, consisting of: eyepiece filar micrometer, 4 of 5 sets of pairs of eyepieces (one of 5 with part 1), 12 object lenses by Ross, Powell & Lealand, Carl Zeiss and unknown makers; focal lens as follows: 2 x 1/8-inches, 2 x 1/16-inches, 2 x 1/4-inches, 1 x 1 1/2-inches; four apochromatic, sizes as follows: 2.5, 3, 4 and 8 mm; 3 condenser lenses, a rotating aperture stop; 2 lieberkuhns and an assortment of unidentified accessories.
