Flint (a rough lump of chalcedony, length 1 3/8 in), used by the Batang-Lupar Dyaks of the Kapuas River, Dutch Borneo; collected in August 1912 by Mr. J. F. R. Wollaston. Borneo. Used with steel (exactly like that from Shanghai noticed above, no. 180), and tinder (threads of cotton, twisted and plaited, dyed yellow, and inserted in a very small tube of bamboo, diam. 3/8 in)
