[One of] Five Fire-steels* (lengths 2 5/8 to 2 ins); all of similar type, with revolving steels, and intended for attachment to bottom of a tinder-pouch of a kind noticed hereafter (see no. 916[p.62 in Bryant and May catalogue]); three have on flat face of steel attachment at back a miniature surface-etched landscape shown up by a back-ground of gold - a sportsman shooting a woodcock in a wood, a deer and a horse grazing, and a city view (? in Stockholm), representing a palace, a church, and an equestrian statue, respectively. Sweden. (* no. 459 is not on list A.)
