[One of ] Two "Lovett" Tinder-boxes (length 3 1/4 ins) of brass, containing steel, flint, and cotton match-tinder. (Brought out by Mr. Edward Lovett for the use of explorers, military expeditions, and the like in wild countries where matches are liable to be ruined by wet. Large numbers were used during the war in South Africa.) England.
