Tinder-horn (length 5 ins), of bullock's horn, a leather plug secured to point by a string; contains flint (a rough piece of chert) and tinder (formed apparently of some woollen or cotton fabric, charred); collected by Mr. Phillpotts, in Jamaica, 1894. West Indies.
