Fuse-box

Fusee-box (60 x 30 x 15 mm) of thin cardboard; closely similar to foregoing [no. 1675, rectangular, sliding, label printed "Fabriqué à Berlin, H.M.,"] and evidently from same factory, but covered with yellow paper, with one side sanded in black, and label printed in black; inscription, etc., similar, but signed "C.L.K[ammerer]," instead of "H.M."; contains similar strip of Fusees [(55 x 20 mm), of amadou, each having a small drop of black inflaming-composition on one side], but inflaming-composition red, instead of black; date about 1850.
