Dallmeyer magazine stereoscopic plate camera, c.1905. Box form stereo magazine camera for 3 1/4 x 6 /2 inch plates. Fitted with two rapid rectilinear type lenses with wheel stops f/8, 11, 16, 22. Paired shutters 15/25/50/100/T. Rack and pinion focusing. Single brilliant reflecting finder. Circular spirit level. Falling plate changing mechanism with eleven of twelve metal holders, removable through trapdoor in camera base. Hinged mask acts as a separater in central position but can be moved to cover either lens for single photographs operated by lever on camera top. J. H. Dallmeyer. Overall: 150 mm x 205 mm x 230 mm.
