Menu, card, Settle-Carlisle Railway Centenary Banquet, held at Settle Station, 1 May 1976, printed by J.W. Lambert & Sons, Settle. Inserted is a leaflet describing the Settle-Carlisle centenary celebrations, issued by British Rail (London Midland Region) and printed by Colorgraphic Ltd. The menu at the banquet was based on the menu of a six-course meal provided at Normanton for the passengers on the first train over the Settle-Carlisle route on 1 May 1876.
