Poster (colour),Protect your child by immunisation', Immunisation poster for polio, diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and measles, one of 800 health education posters produced for the Central Council for Health Education (1927-69), Health Education Council (1969-87) and Health Education Authority (1987-2000).

Childhood vaccination is promoted by this poster. Polio, diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, and measles are the main diseases which can affect young children, sometimes fatally. Vaccination against these diseases has lowered the numbers of cases in recent years. Polio, a disease which can affect the muscles and nervous system, has not been present in the United Kingdom since 1993.
