Black lacquer covers with bird and blossom design with E O W monogram on the front and an insect and leaf design on the back. With 62 hand coloured albumen prints of Japanese scenes approx 10 x 8 inches. Most are captioned in English, though some are misspelt. Pages are interleaved with rice paper.
