A photograph entitled 'Daily Herald Help the Hospitals Contest', taken in February 1932 by Lord for the Daily Herald.

The photograph shows two children dressed up as Bobby Bear and Ruby Rabbit outside a newsagent's shop in Streatham, London. The children are helping to advertise the Daily Herald's 'Help the Hospitals Contest'. The newsagent's windows are covered in posters and flyers advertising a Daily Herald prize draw. Buying a 6d ticket could win £20,000 - with all the proceeds from ticket sales going to English hospitals. The newsagent's window also advertises Abdulla cigarettes and Cadbury's chocolate.
