A photograph of four Millwall players on the terraces at the Den, taken in January 1937 by Saidman for the Daily Herald.

Millwall was having a new clock installed - the largest clock on any sports ground in the country. The players holding clock parts are, left to right, J McCartney, Duncan Yuill (goalkeeper) (1905-1977), E Smith and Dave Mangnall (captain) (1905-1962).

Two Saidman brothers, Reuben and Barnet, worked as staff photographers for the Daily Herald. Their photographs are simply stamped 'Saidman' on the reverse, making it difficult to tell which of the brothers took the photograph.
