Home made adaptor to couple aero lens (1990-5036/4528) to Kodak cinecamera with three point bayonet lens mount. Incorporates critical reflex focuser. Bellows connects front and back panels. Front finder frame, with parallax adjustment. Rack and pinion, and friction focusing controls.
