Moy and Bastie 35mm cine camera, serial number 212, and two internal magazines. No lens, no crank.
Made by the London firm of Moy and Bastie, this camera is a characteristic British 'upright' pattern cine camera, containing the feed and take-up film magazines on top of each other inside the camera. Moy and Bastie went on to manufacture the Moy Gyro camera in 1912, which was one of the first cine cameras to have an integral electric motor and was designed primarily for newsreel work. Front view.
