A albumen print cabinet card photographic portrait of Anne Isabella Thackeray (1837-1919), copied from the original large format albumen print taken by Julia Margaret Cameron (1815-1879) in 1870. Cream cabinet card, with gold border and facsimile caption. Anne Thackeray was a popular celebrity subject for many carte de visite and cabinets by commercial photographers, the daughter of the eminent writer William Makepiece Thackeray (1811-1863).
